Thermal spring guild

The thermal spring guild was created on 03-03-03 in the third millennium at 3 o'clock in the afternoon as the successor organisation of the Water Group.

The purpose of the thermal spring guild is to promote and convey the significance of Leukerbad's thermal springs: medically, pedagogically, scientifically, socially, economically, culturally, ecologically and historically.

The guild committee was christened on 22 March 2003 on the Day of Water in the Year of Freshwater. The christening of the first guild members and the first general meeting took place on 24 Jan 2004.

The thermal spring guild has set itself the following tasks: creation of a thermal spring trek (completed), development of a thermal spring path to the Dala gorge (completed), opening and providing access to the unused foot bath spring (board 2 of the thermal spring trail).
